Applicable laws—Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Irish courts located in Ireland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights— All The TY Games learning materials, whether on the online programme, on a document for download, audio of all webinars and podcasts or a face to face service are owned by The TY Games. None of The TY Games content may be uploaded, reproduced, copied, displayed, posted, or linked in any way, in whole or part, without The TY Games permission.
Payment—Payment for all programmes must be done in full immediately in order to commence the programmes. Payment for the programme is non-transferable and non-refundable. Payment of the course fee confirms your place on the course.
Security— For payment with Credit Card, The TY Games uses all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your credit or debit card details. However, "perfect" security does not exist on the Internet.
Warranties— The TY Games expects you to take reasonable care to verify that the course and study materials in question will meet your needs. The TY Games does not make any commitment to you that you will obtain any particular result from your use of the online course. The TY Games acknowledges that all children learn at different rates/pace and are of different abilities therefore cannot guarantee certain outcomes. The results and improvements are on an individual basis. The TY Games does not make any representation, guarantee or commitment to you that the course materials will be error free. The TY Games does not make any commitment that the online course will be compatible with or operate with your software or hardware.

The TY Games will not accept any responsibility to any party for the use of the tuition provided and/or the contents of the online courses for any purpose other than training for educational purposes, including but not limited to the giving of advice by you to any third party.
